We’re seeking a Behaviour Support Officer (BSO) who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and data-driven insight to support our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team. If you love keeping things on track, analysing information, and supporting a purpose-driven team, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Manage referrals, onboarding, and client documentation. Provide high-level administrative support to our Clinical Lead and PBS team. Collect, analyse, and graph behavioural data to support positive outcomes. Track restrictive practices and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements. Prepare reports and assist with data reviews and training materials. About You Strong admin and organisational skills – you keep things running smoothly. Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and team focused. Experience in admin, disability, or allied health is a bonus! Why Join UDC?
