About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Process Coordinator – Cross-Functional Integration Lead to join our Sydney operations team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will act as the key bridge between Operations, Technology, Business Analysis, and AI divisions. This role is pivotal in streamlining processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the successful integration of new systems and workflows across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between operations, tech, business analysis, and AI teams to ensure cohesive project delivery. Map, document and optimise operational processes, workflows, and ownership structures for Sydney-based operations. Coordinate and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies. Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to improve performance and scalability. Support digital and AI system integration , ensuring new technologies align with operational needs and are effectively adopted. Lead change management and training initiatives , ensuring smooth rollout of new processes and systems. Monitor and report on operational performance , project progress, and technology adoption outcomes. Facilitate cross-branch communication , including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and piloting innovative process enhancements. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field . Minimum 3 years’ experience in a process improvement, operations coordination, or business analysis role. Proven ability to analyse complex workflows and recommend practical, data-driven solutions. Experience in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration . Strong understanding of change management principles and process documentation. Familiarity with digital transformation or AI integration initiatives will be highly regarded. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
