This role plays a key part in connecting valued customers with new vehicle opportunities, ensuring a seamless and premium ownership experience. You’ll engage with existing and new customers, identifying those who may be interested in upgrading or trading in their current vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to contribute directly to dealership growth while delivering exceptional service to a loyal client base. ABOUT YOU: Previous experience in automotive sales, customer experience, or business development (luxury or prestige brand experience highly regarded). Retention experience preferable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently both over the phone and face to face. Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales outcomes. Well-presented, professional, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Knowledge of finance and trade-in processes within the automotive industry. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
