Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings Familiarity with Buildxact, Asana or similar software Genuine integrity – you own your mistakes and take pride in fixing them Solution-focused mindset – things go wrong, but you find a way forward Confident working autonomously while collaborating with the wider team Exposure to challenging builds such as sloping blocks, cantilevered stairs and high-end finishes The opportunity You'll join a growing, quality-driven builder that values integrity, accountability and results over ego.
