Who will this be suited to? This will be ideally suited to: A Structural Engineer (4-8 years) feeling career constrained, or A Senior Structural Engineer (8-15 years) ready to step up to the next level Preferred experience: Minimum 4 to 15 years engineering consulting experience Experience with medium to larger scale projects Experience managing medium to large sized projects Technically strong designing in all construction forms & materials Capability in RAM Concept, RAPT, Microstran, ETABS (or equivalents) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate resources to execute work on time, budget & quality Manage clients and jobs front start to end Undertake designs and coordinate drafting and project documentation Manage clients including some business development functions About You: A strong desire to get ahead in your career & make a difference Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills High level technical ability in structural design Ability to design and run projects Ability to manage client relationships and develop new ones What’s on Offer This is an unique opportunity to forge a clear career path in a growing business.
