We have an exciting opportunity… For a Finance Officer to join the team at IntoWork Australia. About the role: The Finance Officer will be required to work effectively and collaboratively with the Finance team across the IntoWork Australia Group. The role will ensure accurate and timely coordination of the organisations financial responsibilities including accounts payable and general ledger functions. Key Responsibilities: Raise purchase orders, track purchase orders and delivery of goods Code and verify invoices and obtain internal authorisations on invoices Reconcile supplier statements, dealing with discrepancies Process EFT payments online Build and manage relationships with creditors Liaise with creditors on their accounts and advise them when they can expect payment Produce weekly ageing report for review Ensure filing is up to date Identify process improvement opportunities Assist with End of Month processing Provide documentation for Audit Process Adjustments and communicate with customers via phone or email Requirements: Qualification or experience in Finance or related field Sufficient experience in a similar role Proficiency in a recognised accounting software package is essential with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central advantageous Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is essential particularly in Excel Ability to work across multiple organisations Ability to maintain confidentiality High level of attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Perks: Opportunity for professional growth and development Competitive salary and hybrid work How to apply: Click 'Apply for this job' if you meet the above criteria.
