Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a motivated leader to manage our Parts department at our Crystal Brook Branch . This opportunity has arisen due to an internal relocation, and we’re seeking someone who can strengthen the vital link we provide to our local farming community. Crystal Brook is a smaller regional branch with a strong reputation for personalised service and long-standing customer relationships. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working alongside dedicated Sales and Service colleagues, and guided by a Branch Manager who values collaboration and community. As Parts Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team, delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock, and ensuring farmers have the right support when they need it most. What We’re Looking For Previous Parts management experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome leaders from agriculture or technical customer service backgrounds. A positive, community-minded leader who values building strong local relationships. Someone with the energy and drive to foster continuous improvement within the team.
