About the Business Unit: The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) delivers a trusted justice and community safety system that works to build a just, safe and resilient Victoria. People, Safety, Culture and Communications (PSCC) provides services and advice to the department on a wide range of human resources, transformation, occupational health and safety, industrial relations, workforce planning matters and business assets. The Transformation and Planning team within PSCC supports the department to deliver on its strategic priorities through service offerings such as organisational design, business improvement, change management, workforce transformation initiatives, and business planning. About the Role: The Senior Adviser, Transformation and Planning works across the Tranformation and Planning team's service offerings to deliver high quality, fit-for-purpose, strategically aligned products and processes. Some of your duties will include: Assisting with driving complex business planning, workforce, and transformation projects and reviews, including partnering with key departmental stakeholders, to achieve successful outcomes in alignment with strategic priorities Leading smaller / less complex transformation and planning projects, including scoping, research, analysis, tracking and effective governance Facilitating workshops and meetings to support key projects and decision-making in alignment with strategic priorities. About You: As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Demonstrated experience working in a data analysis / business process planning / human resource related field is highly desirable Experience in working autonomously in the delivery of high-level projects A good understanding of how government works, and government processes is highly desirable.
