Job Description ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate as leader for assigned aerodynamic programmes. Manage numerical and physical DV throughout vehicle programme life, concept to production prototypes. Continue to develop and optimise numerical and experimental processes to promote efficiencies and ensure alignment with global best practices. Act as primary interface for aerodynamics group on assigned vehicle programmes to deliver best possible engineering solutions to aerodynamic challenges. Support local core projects to implement new technologies/methods to improve aerodynamic capabilities within the region. Liaise with global peers to implement new global practices and where necessary provide training to global counterparts in new initiatives. Support cross-attribute CFD analysis for local customer base. As required, support global core interface meetings to improve measurement and prediction capabilities. Skills Required: Confidence in presenting and excellent communication skills. Able to successfully bring cross-functional teams together to deliver best feasible aerodynamic outcomes. Highly proactive and able to demonstrate and inspire a ‘can do’ attitude. Able to see the big picture and has a strong drive to reach the right outcome for the business. Strong and consistent communicator, able to tailor appropriately.
