Accommodation and meals provided while on site Company vehicle included for work-related travel Attractive, negotiable salary - based on experience and capability Be part of a growing company delivering key projects in the resources sector Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tailings dam lift and other site related projects Manage on-site teams, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors, and civil crews to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality controls Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety and environmental standards About You: Proven experience managing civil projects within the mining/resources industry Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tailings dam construction/lifts Familiarity with metalliferous mining operations , ideally in Queensland Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Relevant engineering or project management qualifications Ready to Take the Next Step?
