About the Role: This position supports the Land Development team by: Managing property development applications and maintaining accurate records. Collecting and updating data for water and sewer infrastructure projects. Liaising with internal teams, councils, consultants, and developers. Supporting process improvements and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and refine databases and metadata. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage documentation. Provide preliminary servicing advice and assist with planning processes. Promote safety and contribute to a positive workplace culture. What You'll Need: Minimum Year 11 education. Current driver's licence. Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
