About the role We're looking for a Transport Allocator to join our SA Transport Cluster, based at our Regency Park Distribution Centre. You'll play a key role in keeping our delivery operations running smoothly - allocating drivers, planning routes, and ensuring every piece of equipment gets to its destination safely, efficiently, and on time. Your day will include: Allocating drivers for deliveries and pickups across SA Managing driver schedules, rest breaks and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance Coordinating contract driver bookings and requirements Overseeing vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules Finalising hire schedules, purchase orders and documentation Communicating clearly with branches, drivers and customers Promoting safety and professionalism in every interaction About You You're a natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced logistics or transport environment. You're tech-savvy, calm under pressure and love making things run like clockwork. You'll bring: Experience in transport allocation, dispatch, fleet coordination or logistics Strong communication and problem-solving skills A solid understanding of CoR and driver compliance Experience with TMS / GPS tracking systems A proactive, "can-do" attitude and commitment to safety Join our team You can always tell someone who works at Kennards Hire.
