The Role We are currently seeking poultry Farm Workers to join a leading poultry breeding operation located in Bowral, NSW. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, enjoy practical outdoor work, and are comfortable working around livestock in a farm environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, your duties will include: Preparing and cleaning sheds and equipment for bird placement and depopulation Catching, handling, and caring for birds in a safe manner Operating and maintaining basic farming equipment Cleaning and disinfecting buildings, machinery, and tools within the farm, Assisting with shed cleanouts and litter spreading General farm maintenance and groundskeeping Benefits Pay Rate: $35.49 per hour plus penalty rates Duration: 3 months potential ongoing Supportive and safety focused team environment Gain Valuable experience in one of Australia's leading poultry operations Your Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you'll have: The ability to handled live and deceased birds with care and respect Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads Previous experience in poultry, farming, or manual labour (highly regarded but not essential) A strong work ethic and a willingness to get your hands dirty Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
