About the role UGL are seeking an experienced HSE Advisors to join our team on a casual basis supporting a global gas client. This role will see you play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet the highest HSS & ER standards. Commencing 1 st December 2025, you will be working 3 week swing assisting with the decommissioning of an offshore platform, point of hire is Perth, WA. Key Responsibilities: · Develop project Health Safety, Security (HSS) & Environmental Management and Emergency Response (ER) Plans. · Conduct HSS reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards. · Implement and maintain HSS & ER aspects of Project HSE Management Plans. · Participate in HSS & ER risk management workshops. · Support project contract owners in meeting HSS requirements. · Collaborate with SMEs to support HSS & ER requirements. · Facilitate HSS & ER assurance activities, including audits. · Assist with hazard and incident management and reporting. · Prepare and deliver HSS & ER training sessions. · Monitor decommissioning and project operations for compliance. · Provide HSS site representation as required. · Other duties as directed by the HSE Manager and HSS Team Lead.
