The Opportunity The purpose of the Employment Support Consultant is to engage with participants and help navigate their personal challenges and develop necessary skills for employment. You will also focus on engaging with employers and identifying suitable job opportunities that match each participant's skills and goals through reverse marketing. Job type : Permanent Full-time, 38 hours per week Location : Ingleburn and Camden NSW (travel required across the St George and Macarthur regions) Salary : $65,866 per annum super and $15,900 in salary packaging monthly RDOs Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Managing ongoing case load of participants including conducting initial appointment, reviewing client goals, completing assessments and developing individualised career action plans. Actively engaging in job preparation and job search activities with participant including creating and uploading resume to relevant systems. Prepare material and facilitate successful capacity building workshops for small group of participants. Maintaining accurate records of participant case load and interactions. Meeting performance indicators by converting sale leads into placements.
