About the Role: 3-month fixed term role (with possibility to move into a full-time position) offers variety and the opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople. You’ll assist in yard, stores, and workshop operations, helping to keep our equipment and facilities running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and dispatching equipment and materials Receive and document deliveries of parts and supplies Maintain yard organisation, inventory, and general housekeeping Assist tradespeople with workshop tasks and equipment servicing Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other site equipment (training provided) Manage third-party access to site and uphold safety protocols What We’re Looking For: Newman/local candidates preferred Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions and procedures Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain) Driver’s licence (HR licence advantageous) Experience with overhead cranes, dogging or rigging is a bonus Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment Mechanically minded What We Offer: 3-month fixed term role with the possibility to move into full time employment.
