The Opportunity Ford Health are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Exercise Physiologist or Exercise Scientist to join our Brisbane-based team. This role is pivotal in the delivery of comprehensive executive health assessments in Brisbane and as required at our other regional and nationally located medical centres. The successful candidate will work closely with medical practitioners, dietitians and other allied health professionals to provide best-practice health solutions for corporate clients. Delivery of Executive health assessments, with testing that includes: treadmill stress test and resting ECG testing body composition, lung function and hearing testing; functional screening including flexibility, core stability, and posture; fitness and dietary assessment and advice. 2. Delivery in Brisbane Executive clinic, onsite and regional locations. 3. Delivery of health and lifestyle coaching via video consults. 4. Manage medical testing equipment, consumables, and procedural compliance within the national network of clinics. 5. Work closely with Labs Co-Ordinator and Program Managers to oversee logistical coordination of executive health services across multiple locations. 6. Contribute to clinical quality management. 7. Assist in the provision and the delivery of health promotion activities. Key Selection Criteria To be successful in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science Accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Minimum of 3 years' experience Maintain insurances, registrations and ongoing learning (as required). Current First Aid and CPR Certification Experience in ECG stress testing and rhythm strip interpretation (highly desirable) Strong ability to deliver client-centred education, counselling, and coaching Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously A high standard of professionalism, discretion, and ethical practice Application Process If you are an experienced Exercise Physiologist or Exercise Scientist with a passion for executive health, preventative medicine, and high-performance wellbeing, we encourage you to apply.
