About the Opportunity The 1000 NSW Public Sector Apprentices and Trainees Program is offering an exciting 24-month traineeship in Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership with the Office of Sport. You’ll gain hands-on experience across some of NSW’s most iconic Sport and Recreation Centres. This unique opportunity blends outdoor program delivery with behind-the-scenes coordination, giving you a well-rounded foundation in leadership, logistics, and people support. Locations Lake Burrendong Sport and Recreation Centre – Mumbil, New South Wales Milson Island Sport and Recreation Centre – Brooklyn, NSW Point Wolstoncroft Sport and Recreation Centre – Lake Macquarie, NSW Sydney Academy of Sport – Narrabeen, NSW Borambola Sport and Recreation Centre – Borambola, NSW Regular travel within NSW is required for training and assessment.
