Your Role You will be responsible for the primary representation of SJGHC Geelong Consulting Suites in maintaining exceptional reception and secretarial duties to provide an efficient and timely administration service to our Consultants, Patients and all Stakeholders both internally and externally. Receive telephone calls in a friendly, professional and customer focused manner Answer calls promptly To maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Keep reception area, waiting room and consulting room clean and tidy. Prepare mail for postage and pick up. Make up surgical admission packs if required You will have experience in a Medical Receptionist role preferably Specialists’ rooms and ability to prioritise work requirements and work within a team environment. To succeed you will have a high level of computer proficiency, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and be able to prioritise work requirements and work productively within a team environment. Above all, customer service will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values. We can offer you Salary : $61,403 to $63,133 per annum, plus 12% superannuation Fixed term part-time contract, working 45 hours a fortnight. Initially will be offered until June 2026.
