The Role As Team Lead – Office and Professional, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations while partnering with the National Recruitment Services Manager to shape and deliver strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & People Development : Lead, coach, and performance manage a team of Recruitment Consultants - providing guidance, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their best. Client Management : Build and manage key client relationships to ensure exceptional service, repeat business, and long-term retention. Own Your Desk : Run your own established temporary desk end-to-end – from lead management through to candidate care and placement. Operational Excellence : Ensure services are delivered to the highest standard, meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements. Business Development : Drive growth in our temporary and permanent recruitment division by winning new business and developing and nurturing client accounts Team Growth : Recruit, onboard, and develop new consultants to support our vision and strategy Culture Champion : Foster a motivated, high-energy team environment that encourages fun and team work What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be: Experienced : A proven recruiter and team leader with a strong track record of running and maintaining successful desks and high-performing teams in a recruitment agency setting .
