The Opportunity We are seeking inspiring and dedicated educator to take on the leadership role of Year Level Coordinator for our Year 11 cohort from 2026. This is a significant leadership position providing pastoral, academic, and community leadership, while holding an ongoing teaching load in your subject area. As Year Level Coordinator, you will be instrumental in shaping a year-level culture where students feel known, nurtured, and challenged. You will work closely with teachers, students, and families to support student wellbeing and development, and drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment and build a sense of community.
