What We Offer $40–$55/hour (depending on experience) Company vehicle, fuel card, uniform, and iPad provided Profit share bonus – earn 5% of revenue on all private maintenance jobs you quote and complete (no cap, applies to any job size or cost) Flat Rate Now quoting system — easy, fast quoting in the field with full office support Strong, consistent workflow across residential, strata, and commercial jobs Growth opportunities into senior, supervisory, or specialist hot water roles Supportive admin team Work with a team that values honesty, skill, and pride in workmanship Your Day-to-Day Service, diagnose, and repair Rinnai and other commercial hot water systems Complete a range of plumbing maintenance and installation work Quote, complete, and close out private maintenance jobs (earning 5% profit share) Use Flat Rate Now and Simpro for quoting, scheduling, and reporting Liaise with clients, strata managers, and commercial site contacts Maintain high safety and quality standards on all work performed What You’ll Bring Current NSW Plumbing Licence Minimum 3 years’ maintenance plumbing experience Experience with hot water systems, gas fitting, TMV, or backflow preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in a job well done Valid manual driver’s licence White Card / OH&S compliance Why O’Brien Plumbing Moore Park?
