This full-time, hourly role suits an experienced registered nurse with 1–2 years in primary care or a similar clinical setting. You will work as part of an inclusive team focused on patient-centred care, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care for patients across all ages, including wound care, vaccination administration, chronic disease monitoring, and health promotion. Undertake clinical procedures such as immunisations, ECGs, spirometry, and pathology specimen collection in line with clinic protocols. Support the GPs by triaging, preparing consultation rooms, and delivering clinical assistance as required. Undertake patient education on disease prevention, medication management, lifestyle modification, and self-care strategies. Manage clinical records, triage communications, and ensure accurate documentation within electronic medical records systems. Contribute to quality improvement activities, infection control, and safe medication handling practices. Work collaboratively with administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience. Who We’re Looking For Registered Nurse with current Australian health practitioner registration (General) and eligibility to work as a permanent resident. 1–2 years’ experience in primary care, community nursing, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient-focused approach. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
