Based in Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity to break into the fast-moving world of events and client management, no industry experience required. We’re looking for someone who’s organised, confident, and motivated to learn – the rest, we’ll teach you. What You’ll Be Doing Managing onboarding for new exhibitors via phone and video Building and maintaining client relationships Coordinating contracts, documentation, and meeting deadlines Following up on outstanding invoices and payments Collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations Assisting on-site at major business events (occasional travel may be required) You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience in admin, customer service, retail, or sales Strong communication skills – verbal and written Excellent attention to detail and time management A proactive mindset – you're organised and ready to take initiative A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn Comfort with admin and handling multiple tasks at once No prior experience in events is necessary – we provide full training and ongoing support.
