About the roleThe Clinical Nurse Consultant provides advanced clinical expertise and leadership in cancer care and day infusion services at Redcliffe Hospital. This role delivers specialist support, education, and evidence-based care to optimise patient outcomes and service quality. Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical leadership and specialist nursing expertise in cancer care.- Act as a clinical resource, mentor, and advisor to nursing and multidisciplinary teams.- Support innovation and service development to meet evolving patient and organisational needs.- Contribute to policy, education, and quality improvement initiatives within cancer care.- Promote best practice, safety, and professional standards across the service.
