Description Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across NSW and QLD. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across Retail, ecommerce, and other verticals aligned with your experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Profile A successful Sales Manager should have: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Agency, MarTech, or Adtech space A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the NSW and QLD markets is an advantage. Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $165,000 AUD. On-target earnings (OTE) up to $200,000 AUD.
