About the Role As a Support Worker , you’ll play a vital role in helping people with disability live independently and achieve their NDIS goals. You’ll provide person-centred support both at home and in the community, empowering individuals to build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections. Your day may include: Supporting daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Assisting individuals to develop skills in budgeting, social interaction, and self-care. Encouraging community engagement through social activities and outings. Helping people maintain strong connections with family, friends, and services. Providing compassionate and respectful support tailored to each individual’s needs. Shift work is required, including nights, sleepovers, and weekends. About You You are a caring, resilient, and motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference. You bring a person-centred approach to your work and thrive on helping others achieve their goals. You will have: Genuine empathy and dedication to supporting people with disability. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical capacity to undertake manual handling tasks. Commitment to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) – highly regarded but not essential. Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours – desirable. Prior experience supporting individuals with dementia is an asset but not mandatory How can you join Endeavour Foundation?
