Position Overview We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Excel Centre set to open at the end of January 2026 . This beautiful new service will feature four rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a passionate Diploma Assistant Director to join this foundation team. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will lead a room, mentor educators, implement high quality programs, and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring, collaboration, and support. Model and guide best-practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation. Work alongside the Centre Director to ensure smooth daily operations, staffing, and compliance. Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that nurture each child’s growth, curiosity, and development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture focused on high-quality care and education. Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting involvement and Excels’ values. Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently met and upheld.
