Our client, a mixed farming business located 135km from Esperance, is seeking an experienced Senior Farm Hand to join their team. This role will see you working across a diverse enterprise of 6,000ha cropping and ~4,000 sheep, with responsibilities spanning cropping operations, livestock, and managing casual staff. You'll be joining a supportive team with a mix of experienced long-term employees and trainees, and have access to modern CASE machinery. About you: Experienced in mixed farming operations; Broadacre cropping and livestock skills; Spraying & harvest operation experience desirable; Strong mechanical aptitude; Team player with good communication skills; Non-smoker (required for accommodation and workplace); Willing to assist with training and support of less experienced staff.
