As an Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll deliver trauma-informed, client-centred care to those who have mattered most in our country - and their families - when they need it most. What You'll Be Doing Deliver high-quality, evidence-informed clinical services including intake, risk assessment, brief intervention, care coordination, and referrals. Manage a caseload of clients with complex or multiple needs using a secure Client Management System. Liaise with DVA, ADF, ex-service organisations and other key stakeholders to coordinate support and enhance service pathways. Promote recovery-based care within a stepped-care model. Participate in service planning, program delivery, evaluation, and quality assurance activities. Co-facilitate group treatment programs and community outreach initiatives. Attend clinical supervision and CPD activities to maintain your registration and support best practice. Key Skills You Bring Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Strong clinical judgment and calm under pressure Skilled in intake assessment, case documentation, and risk management IT savvy and confident using clinical systems Up-to-date understanding of DVA/Open Arms policies and escalation pathways Committed to ethical, trauma-informed care and continuous improvement Mandatory Requirements To be eligible, you must: Hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Working with Vulnerable People or Working with Children check Hold or have the ability to gain a baseline security clearance PLUS one of the following: AHPRA-registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse Social Worker with AASW membership Masters-qualified Counsellor registered with PACFA (Clinical) or ACA (Level 3 or 4) Why This Role?
