You will:- Undertake accurate computer-based processing and data entry using QCAT's file management systems and recording programs.- Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.- Effectively and efficiently manage the needs of clients and the public by using appropriate questioning, problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills.- Prioritise tasks in a fast paced and high-volume environment to ensure customer service standards and timeframes are met, and to ensure effective hearing support services are provided.- Undertake safe and secure handling of hard copy records, including files and folders across tribunal hearing rooms and offices.- Provide accurate information to registry staff and tribunal members in a professional and friendly manner.- Provide general administrative tasks as required by team leaders and/or managers to support the delivery of services within QCAT.- Undertake other tasks and duties as required to assist in or support the delivery of services within QCAT.
