We’re on the lookout for friendly, proactive, and service-driven Workspace Experience Associates to join the founding team at One Two Five by Hub - our brand-new clubhouse opening in Brookfield Place, Perth in February 2026. Located at 125 St Georges Terrace , One Two Five will be a space for serious business and standout hospitality. With premium interiors, a rooftop terrace, sports lounge, and proximity to everything from cafés and gyms to childcare, this is not just another office - it’s a modern work-life destination. As a Workspace Experience Associate , you’ll be the go-to person for members and guests. From warm welcomes and coffee service to coordinating events and keeping the space running seamlessly, you’ll play a vital role in shaping this new space and delivering the premium, hospitality-first experience Hub is known for. What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!): As the welcoming face of our workspace, you'll create personalised experiences for members and guests Manage day-to-day member and guest questions, enquiries, booking requests, mail, etc., including in-person and through the clubhouse email inbox promptly - be the problem solver and assist our members with any issues Assist with our cafe operations downstairs by preparing a variety of beverages (If you don't know how - it's okay! We can train you!) Play a crucial role in organising and executing workplace events. From small meetings to larger gatherings, your involvement will ensure each event is a hit, marked by seamless execution and guest satisfaction Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies. Your attention here ensures we’re always stocked and ready to meet our members' needs Assist with aspects of our workspace's day-to-day operations, such as opening and closing procedures and conducting space checks etc!
