Job Description Assist in the implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies to support Octopus Australia’s renewable energy assets and new projects. This includes a diverse portfolio of projects across development, construction and operational phases Deliver communication plans to support Asset, Construction and Development project leads Lead engagement activities that promote Octopus Australia as a trustworthy, credible, and responsible partner Coordinate and attend key stakeholder engagement activities such as community consultation sessions, local events and provide sponsorship representation Work with the Stakeholder Engagement Manager to manage community funding programs to deliver meaningful benefits to the communities in which Octopus Australia operates Administering and maintaining stakeholder databases Provide crisis communications and media relations support as required Build trusting relationships and grow Octopus Australia’s social licence to operate in the communities we have a presence
