About the role We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our VIC team to represent Mamamia in the market and maximise advertising revenue. In this role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of media agencies and key clients to reach and exceed sales targets while identifying new business opportunities. Your networking skills will be crucial as you develop and maintain relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide innovative integrated advertising solutions that enhance client campaigns and foster long-term partnerships. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Manage and develop relationships within your assigned direct agency portfolio Maximise revenue opportunities through existing client relationships and identify new client prospects Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across audio, digital media, and influencer products Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives Create compelling presentations and custom sales materials aligned with Mamamia's tone Manage deals and revenue through the Boostr platform and ensure accurate booking schedules Develop integrated advertising solutions combining digital media and influencer strategies Stay current with social media trends and monitor competitor activities This role is based in Cremorne and is an initial 12 month maternity leave, max term contract. Now, a bit about you Minimum 4 years digital sales experience (preferably at a digital publisher) with strong agency relationships Proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed sales targets Experience identifying additional revenue streams and acquiring new business A collaborative team player who communicates effectively and embraces feedback Ability to prioritise the needs of our audience and commercial partners Demonstrated ability to adapt and drive process improvement in fast-paced environments Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving Life at Mamamia We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
