You will work closely with our Head Chef and team to ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency align with restaurant expectations. Manage stock levels, food safety, and kitchen hygiene procedures. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal specials and innovative dishes. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and modern Australian cuisine preferred.
