Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency align with restaurant expectations. Manage stock levels, food safety, and kitchen hygiene procedures. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal specials and innovative dishes. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and modern Australian cuisine preferred.
