You will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, using your skills to: Design and implement a stimulating, play-based curriculum aligned with EYLF and Aspire’s Grow, Learn & Connect framework Mentor and support educators within your room to achieve excellence in practice Build strong relationships with families, children, and your team Create engaging environments that foster creativity, curiosity, and confidence About You Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) VIT Registration (Provisional or Full) Demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance, and curriculum planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional education and care If you share our vision and want to join our community, we encourage you to apply.
