The Client Smart Energy Group is a full-service renewable solar energy company servicing Australia wide. They design and install bespoke solar solutions that reduce the energy costs of Australian households and businesses whilst improving Australia's green footprint. They seek an experienced IT Administrator to join their team in Brisbane, QLD. The Role The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day to day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the organisation's Salesforce platform. This role ensures that Salesforce is optimised to support business processes, improve user experience, and enable data driven decision making across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service functions. This is for a full-time role with an annual salary base set at $90,000 plus superannuation and commission on top of annual salary base. This role will be based in their Brisbane office. Responsibilities User and license management, including new user set-up/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and sharing settings. Back-end configuration, including objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and flows to deliver scalable business solutions. Leverage Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize service operations, implement scheduling rules, and configure mobile workflows. Maintain and enhance Community Sites to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience to teams. Development of custom LWC and Aura components as well as APEX triggers/classes. Build and maintain reports and dashboards. Stay up to date with platform updates and new feature releases. Partner closely with the Business Analyst to design, and deliver enhancements and fixes. Take ownership of smaller enhancement requests, from initial stakeholder conversations through to build and release. Work alongside other System Administrators in providing responsive, high quality technical support to Salesforce users. Contribute to training sessions and documentation to improve user experience and system adoption. Work as part of a team and collaborate with the Business Analyst and other System Actively participate in sprints by completing assigned backlog items, providing status updates and flagging blockers. Requirements At least a Bachelor degree At least 4 years hands-on experience with Salesforce in configuration and automation (e.g. Flows, validation rules, page layouts etc.) Familiarity with user management, permission models, and data architecture. At least 4 years experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation. At least 4 years experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), including configuration of scheduling policies, service territories, or mobile workflows. At least 4 years hands on experience maintaining or enhancing Salesforce Community Sites (Experience Cloud). At least 4 years experience inintegration concepts, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like Zapier, Mulesoft, or similar tools. Familiarity with programming in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
