About the Division The Student Services Division plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, student-centred services across all UOW campuses. The division is focused on enhancing the student experience through innovation, collaboration and operational excellence. About the Opportunity The Manager, Service Delivery leads frontline enquiry and service functions across UOW’s campuses and digital service channels. This key leadership position ensures that students receive consistent, high-quality support while overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the main campus Library building. You will manage and develop multiple teams, champion a student-centred service culture, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. About You You are an experienced and proactive leader with a commitment to delivering excellent service outcomes. You bring strong operational management skills, sound judgement, and the ability to inspire and support high-performing teams. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven leadership in complex, high-volume service environments. Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in workforce planning and service improvement. Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in student services or related fields.
