About The Opportunity As a Motorcycle Parts Specialist , you'll play a key role in helping customers and internal teams source the right gear, parts and accessories to keep the ride going strong. This role blends customer service, product knowledge, merchandising and event support – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager / Dealer Principal, you’ll be responsible for: Assisting at ride days, demo events and trade shows Keeping the parts area organised, stocked and efficient Identifying and supplying motorcycle parts & accessories Delivering friendly, expert advice in-store and over the phone Processing orders, managing inventory and updating systems Contributing to merchandising displays and promotional activities Supporting Service Technicians and Sales teams with accurate part supply About You You bring energy, curiosity and a real passion for bikes (or at least a serious interest!). You’re comfortable talking with customers, juggling multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
