About the role A well-established and growing Melbourne brokerage is looking for an Account Executive to join its commercial lines team. This opportunity suits either a junior broker eager to gain mentorship and progress or an experienced broker seeking more autonomy to manage their own portfolio without unnecessary red tape. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of clients and products while working alongside senior brokers with decades of experience who are committed to sharing their knowledge. Key responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients Provide tailored advice on risk programs and client needs Act as the primary contact for renewals, claims, enquiries and day-to-day service Identify opportunities for improved risk management and solutions Prepare renewals, quotes, reports and invoicing Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues Skills and experience Tier 1 qualified Knowledge of commercial lines Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised, motivated, and keen to keep developing How to apply If this role sounds like the right fit, please submit a resume.
