As a Claims Consultant , you’ll be the go-to person keeping customers happy and service teams on track. This inbound role with some outbound calls in a contact centre focuses on managing end-to-end warranty claims, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and quick resolutions. The Role Manage end-to-end warranty claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth resolution. Handle inbound customer and service enquiries with occasional outbound follow-up calls. Communicate with customers, service agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep workflows moving. Provide support and guidance to service agents on warranty processes and system use. Contribute to a collaborative, close-knit team that values communication and strong relationships.
