You’ll help maintain continuity of care during staff absences or peak periods, while also supporting the team operationally - assisting with rostering, mentoring new staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of direct client support and leadership exposure. This is a full time position Monday to Friday. What You’ll Do Deliver person-centred care in line with individual support plans Step in for unplanned shifts and ensure consistent, quality care Support clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence Work closely with our rostering and care teams to coordinate shifts Provide guidance and informal leadership to fellow support workers What We’re Looking For Certificate IV in Disability (or higher) Current First Aid & CPR Certificates Current Driver’s Licence, reliable insured vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check A caring, adaptable professional who’s confident stepping into new situations Experience in aged care, or disability support is essential - and if you love solving problems, connecting with people, and bringing calm to the chaos, you’ll thrive here.
