In your new role, you will get an exciting opportunity to lead a transaction team, enhance overall client satisfaction and resolve service issues. You will manage the team workload and implement governance protocols. You will also provide operational guidance based on metrics. Your key responsibilities will be to: lead a transaction team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures while overseeing day-to-day transaction processing activities and support foster strong client relationships and provide proactive advice to resolve enquiries and enhance the customer experience efficiently resolve complex transaction issues, analyse critical issues, and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating discussion to address concerns and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with work area goals manage work area reporting and compliance ensuring accurate information on university systems and adherence to work area requirements coordinate and manage risk assessment activities within the work area, prioritising workplace health and safety and ensuring consistent alignment with university guidelines and best practices. About you strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement, along with the ability to prioritise workload during busy periods excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, including effective management of stakeholder relationships, commitment to ensure service excellence demonstrated experience in prioritising your own and your team workload to meet competing and ad hoc demands.
