About the Role Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across the organisation. This hands-on position focuses on financial reporting, compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in financial processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial and management reports with insightful analysis. Maintain general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and journals. Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting. Support statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. Liaise with auditors and support year-end financial processes. Contribute to process improvement and system enhancements. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information. About You CA/CPA qualified (or near completion). Strong financial reporting and accounting experience, ideally within NFP, aged care, or community services. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. TechnologyOne, Pronto, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
