Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to the Technical Superintendent, you will: Lead and mentor a small team of Planning Engineers. Deliver quarterly, half-yearly, and annual mine planning forecasts. Prepare and review designs, schedules, and economic models in Deswik. Manage Ore Reserve processes in line with JORC Code requirements. Collaborate with Geology, Geotechnical, and Production teams to align planning objectives. Identify process improvements and implement best practices. The Site An established gold operation featuring both underground and open-pit mining with multiple active mining centres and a long life-of-mine. The site offers technical variety, a collaborative environment, and modern systems that support professional growth. The Roster & Location FIFO Perth | 8 days on / 6 days off. Residential assistance is available for those wishing to live locally within the Goldfields region. Your Value Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering. 5-7 years underground hard-rock experience in medium/long-term planning. Skilled in Deswik CAD, Scheduler, and SO. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership and mentoring capability. Mine Manager's or Supervisor's Certificate (advantageous). Current C Class Driver's Licence.
