We're seeking a Logistics & Admin / Bookkeeper to join our client- someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly from behind the scenes. About the Role In this diverse position, you'll be the backbone of the operations - coordinating freight, managing stock and supplier relationships, and ensuring the books stay accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities General Administration & Logistics Organise and oversee annual stocktakes Process stock adjustments as required Handle delivery enquiries and general customer service Manage sales and purchase orders Monitor daily overseas communications International Freight Raise purchase orders with overseas suppliers Manage foreign exchange payments Coordinate international consignments and customs documentation Liaise with freight agents and local delivery providers Calculate and update standard costs for imported items Domestic Freight Organise and manage domestic freight (inbound & outbound) Book in stock deliveries using MYOB Liaise with domestic suppliers to ensure timely delivery Bookkeeping & Accounts Oversee payroll, accounts payable and receivable Complete bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Prepare and lodge BAS and other tax documentation About You We're looking for someone who is: ✅ Trustworthy and reliable - with strong attention to detail ✅ Experienced in logistics, admin, or bookkeeping ✅ Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines ✅ Proficient in MYOB (or willing to learn quickly) ✅ A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
