About the Role As a Commercial Financial Analyst, you'll partner with senior finance leaders and business units to deliver actionable insights, support financial reporting, and drive process improvements. You'll be hands-on with forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering, helping to ensure our financial strategies are robust and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance Manager, Financial Controller, and business units to provide commercial and financial insights. Prepare and draft weekly/monthly financial reports and Board materials. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and deliver insights that link reports to business strategies. Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc financial queries using business intelligence tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and robust assumptions, especially around inventory, gross margin, and pricing. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. What We're Looking For CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 5 years' experience in relevant finance roles. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
