About our Opportunity As a key Finance Partner within the Ventora Group, the Operations Finance Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering our Manufacturing Excellence strategy. You will help drive our business forward by understanding operations, linking financial metrics to performance outcomes, and unlocking improvement opportunities across our Brisbane, Logan and Gold Coast North sites. You’ll be the central coordinator for inventory management and stocktake processes across all SEQ VENTORA operations—knowing who is doing what, where, and when, and often rolling up your sleeves to conduct reconciliations yourself. This hands-on role is critical to optimising inventory control, improving reporting accuracy, and ensuring best practice is followed at every site. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and participate in projects that enhance our understanding of manufacturing processes and costs, directly impacting operational efficiency and margin improvement. As a financial partner, you’ll deliver performance reporting, forecasts, and budgets, while providing financial insights and guidance for improvement initiatives. About You This is a big opportunity for someone who has a finance baseline and worked in operations, to build off and grow. You will be a qualified accountant (CA or CPA) with a minimum Diploma level qualification in business or finance related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience. Equally important will be your relationship building and business partnering skills, ability to communicate financial information clearly to a diverse audience and your focus on continuous improvement.
