We are seeking high-performing Tax Directors to join our Compliance and Engagement Group. As a Tax Director, you will have highly developed leadership skills, taking an active role in the implementation of the ATO’s strategic direction and making balanced decisions using professional judgment. Our clients are diverse and may include individuals, small business, public and private companies and internationals. You will have deep experience and understanding of the Taxation and Superannuation environment, working with clients and their intermediaries to identify risks, manage interactions and achieve outcomes. An essential part of this role is to ensure cross team and business line collaboration and engagement. You will be a skilled communicator working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate interactions and negotiations on complex and sensitive issues to influence outcomes. You will lead one or more teams with a whole-of-client approach in the provision of information and advice, and actively contribute to the broader development of staff capability.
