Basic Qualifications: You must come from a background in claims, broking or underwriting inn Strata (Retail and/or Commercial) People from an Owners Corporate generalist background will also be considered. What will you do: Work closely with the Client Service Team, Underwriting Partners and Service providers. Assist the Directors and Senior Account Executives in support. Processing & facilitating your client's new business, renewals and endorsements. Preparing detailed & professional submissions for client new business and renewals. Assist clients over the telephone and seek terms for their insurance requirements from market underwriters in a professional, friendly manner. Interact & foster relationships with all stakeholders associated with our business i.e. existing & potential clients, underwriters, loss adjusters, premium funders. Manage complex client accounts and the overall execution. Work with our CRM, quoting & network platforms.
